Can I get a reference?

How do I pay for cleaning?
There is no contract to sign, payments will be due when services are performed. You may pay by cash or check, Zelle/Venmo. All bank charges incurred due to NSF checks will be passed on to the client at a flat rate of $25 per check.

Are referral discounts available?
As a token of our appreciation we will deduct a 1 time $20.00 off your next cleaning for each referral who book comes a new customer of Island Cleaning.

Are you insured?
Yes, Island Cleaning LLC., is fully insured and licensed. We understand that your space is one of your most valuable possessions. We treat it that way by handling your home/commercial key and your belongings as if they were our own. When you invite our Island Cleaning team into your home, you can be completely confident in your decision. Even if you aren’t present when we come to clean, rest assured that we keep your key safe and secure throughout the cleaning process. We value the trust that you place in us.

What if something is damaged during the cleaning?
We treat your space with complete care and respect. However, should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning, Island Cleaning LLC. will make every effort to repair or if necessary, replace the item. When appropriate, insurance claims will be filed.

Do you provide cleaning supplies/ chemicals/equipment?
We can use our own cleaning supplies, chemicals and equipment but we recommend you have your desired supplies in stock.

Do I have to be home when the cleaners come?
Most of our customers are not home during our cleaning. They provide us with a key and an alarm code if necessary. If you prefer to be home and let the cleaners in we will provide you with an approximate time that the cleaners will be there within a two hour window — i.e. 8:00 am to 10:00 am or 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. We will do our best to schedule you at the time of day that works best for you. If you choose not to provide a key and we are unable to access your home for a scheduled cleaning you will be assessed a lock-out/re-schedule charge of $45.00.

Do you charge per hour?
No, all services are done by a "job" basis. Prices are pre-negotiated and established dependent on size of home/commercial space and scope of service desired.

Can I get a free quote?
Yes, please fill out the contact us form and we can schedule a free walk-through quote.

How many cleaners do you send?
Depending on the job we send 1 to 3 cleaners. Now if you have preferences or special needs please let us know.
